Do you have an Item in Sonar that has individual units of inventory (ex: 01, 02, 03, etc.) that you don't need to keep track of? Would you rather the Item function like a peel pack where you can process unlimited qtys and increase the qtys in sterilize and deliver by scanning the item multiple times? Read on!
1. Navigate to the Items module then search for & open your target item to adjust.
2. Click into the Inventory tab.
3. Highlight all rows except the first row. To do this, click on row two, then hold down the shift key while you click on row 4.
4. Navigate to the Actions button and choose Delete Selected Rows.
5. Confirm deletion.
Now we must delete the Inventory # for the remaining first row. This will allow you to scan the item multiple times and receive a qty increment option while building sterilizer loads and delivering the item.
6. Select the remaining row 01 and delete the "01" from the Inventory # field to the left.
