Do you want to receive periodic reports on what Items at your facility are close to needing repair and what Items are past due for repair? To do this, we just need to utilize the repair cycle variables inputs for Items.
1. Navigate to the Items module then search for & open your target item to adjust.
2. Navigate to the General tab
3. In the Repair / Replace section in the bottom right, enter either a repair or replace cycle variable in the fields.
Note that now every 24 times this item is scanned into Assemble, the techs will get a pop-up message telling them it's time to send it to repair.
4. After you input your repair or replace cycle variables, contact Ascendco to set up periodic reports to be sent to you that will give detail on what Items are close to or overdue for needing repair/replacing,
