Do you have a group of scopes that need to be process every 7 days? Do you want Ascendco to send you weekly reports on this so you don't have to keep track manually? Are there any other types of custom processing reports you need for Items? Read on!
Sonar has a "tags" field within Items so that you can tag a group of items and run reports on just those Items. Using the example from above, let's say we need to process our core scopes every 7 days. Let's add a "core scopes" tag to each of these scopes so that Ascendco can send you a weekly report on whether or not the Items tagged with "core scopes" have been processed.
1. Navigate to the Items module then search for & open your target item (you'll have to do this for each of the items you want to add a tag for).
2. Navigate to the General tab
3. Within the General box, enter your desired tag in the Tag field.
Note that I've unchecked the "Show in Name" box because I don't want "core scope" to show in the name of this Item.
4. Click Done in the top right to save.
5. Complete the steps above for each of the core scopes.
6. Reach out to Ascendco to request a weekly report on whether or not all Items tagged as "core scope" have been processed within the last 7 days.
