Are you searching for an item in the Items section of the navigator, in order to add/change sterilization params, but it isn't coming up in your search? It may be inactive, so we need to change the filter settings.
1. Check the "Status" filter, highlighted in yellow above.
2. It currently is set to Active, so only Active Items will come up in the search.
3. Click the dropdown arrow and change to "Inactive"
4. Click "Filter"
5. Now the Item will show
6. Click the item, then go to "Actions" and select "Reactivate"
7. The following screen will pop up, choose "Reactivate"
8. Now you may double click the item to open it
9. Go to the "Process" tab and you can now select your sterilization preferences
10. Click Done in the top right to save.
