If you're searching for an item in the Items section of the navigator but it isn't coming up in your search then it may be inactive, so we need to change the filter settings and the reactivate it.
1. Check the "Status" filter, highlighted in yellow above.
2. It currently is set to Active, so only Active Items will come up in the search.
3. Click the dropdown arrow and change to "Inactive"
4. Click "Filter"
5. Now the Item will show
6. Click the item, then go to "Actions" and select "Reactivate"
7. The following screen will pop up, choose "Reactivate"
