1. In a Manager or Admin account, navigate into the Items module
2. Click the Add button
3. A new blank item will be opened in the detail view
4. Fill in the fields on the General tab
5. Approve the sterilization method and parameters in the Process tab. You may also add Decon, Washer, and Assembly special instructions as needed.
6. Add instruments by navigating to the Prods tab
7. Click the + Prod button to add an instrument
8. Search for the instrument you want to add to the item's count sheet then select it's accurate supplier from the bottom right list and click the Select button
9. The instrument has now been added to the count sheet
Note: You can drag and drop the instrument to where you want it to appear on the count sheet, or click the Actions button and choose Auto Sort
10. Navigate into the Inventory tab to add units of inventory (if you skip this step, your Item will not be useable in Sonar because it won't have any associated inventory)
11. Click the Add button
12. Fill in the fields for the new set in the detail area on the right
13. Click "Done" when finished
