In a manager or admin account, navigate to the Items screen and search for the item that you want to add to Epic and then double click to open the item.
2. Navigate to the 'Admin' tab and click the checkbox next to 'Sync to other software systems'
3. Click Done to save!
Note: We push these items to Epic every Wedensday to make them available.
